Labeling products for the US market can be challenging, for products used by both consumers and by professionals. Two sets of regulations – the CPSC Federal Hazardous Substances Act (FHSA) and the OSHA Hazard Communication Standard (HCS) – dictate labeling requirements for these users, respectively.
