John J. Kowalski
John J. Kowalski is a Certified Hazardous Materials Manager (CHMM) and a TSCA subject matter expert. In his current role as a Regulatory Affairs Lead at UL Solutions, John leads a team that’s responsible for: maintaining TSCA-related content in UL’s ChemADVISOR® regulatory database and Navigator® regulatory reference tool; developing and presenting TSCA-related training courses and webinars; and assisting clients in various industries with all aspects of TSCA compliance.
John has over four decades of experience in quality control, information management, product safety, regulatory impact analysis, litigation support, regulatory compliance, and compliance assessment. He earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemistry and a Graduate Certificate in Paralegal Studies, both from Duquesne University.
