Professional from the Ministry of Environment and Sustainable Development of Colombia. For 10 years he has led at a technical level the formulation of different public policies and regulations associated with hazardous waste, chemical substances, and E-waste.
He has also led Colombia's compliance with the post-accession instruments of the Chemicals and Biotechnologies Committee of the Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development.
