The Department for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs (Defra) held a consultation earlier this year on the UK REACH Alternative Transitional Registration Model. It opened on 16 May and closed on 25 July. It can be found here https://consult.defra.gov.uk/reach-policy/atrm-consultation
A summary of the responses to this consultation and the government response is excepted within 12 weeks of the closure of the consultation, so mid-October.
