Deborah helps businesses throughout the supply chain with the legal and regulatory compliance of human and pet food, animal feed, food contact materials and packaging, over-the-counter drugs, and medical devices. Regularly representing clients before the FDA and Department of Agriculture, she solves challenging compliance issues while maximizing market opportunities using creative legal and scientific strategies.
Deborah has significant experience advising and guiding clients through complex regulatory systems, including the uniquely US concept of General Recognition of Safety (GRAS), as well as experience successfully obtaining premarket approvals from federal and state authorities, both in the US and internationally.
