• Pre-importation compliance issues;
• Import notification procedures; and
• Customs procedures – refusal, detention.

Module 2: Export requirements – TSCA section 12

• jurisdiction/scope – persons, substances, exemptions; and
• export notices – preparation, timing and frequency of submissions.

Module 3: Chemical Data Reporting (CDR)

• Who it is that has to report;
• What needs reporting; 
• Where the report needs to be sent; and 
• How the report should be sent.

Module 4: Reporting and Retention of Information TSCA section 8

• Section 8(c);
• Section 8(d) and 8(a); and
• Section 8(e).
