Pierre Germain
Pierre Germain, Technical and Regulatory Affairs Manager at Fecc, holds a PhD in Chemistry from UCLouvain. He began his career as an assistant at UCLouvain before joining Dow Corning in 1988, where he held various roles in Research & Development and worked as a Process Engineer in both Belgium and the USA. In 2002, he became General Manager at Dequachim, a chemical SME specializing in aluminum chemistry. In 2007, he joined Cefic (European Chemical Industry Council), where he primarily served as Secretary General of CES – Silicone Europe Council. After spending two years at ReachCentrum managing the ReconSile (Silicones REACH consortium) and TDIC (TiO2 REACH consortium), he joined the European Association of Chemical Distributors (Fecc) in April 2023.
