Alexander Majer
Alexander is the Government Affairs Director for chemicals management at Dow, where he plays a pivotal role in shaping the company's public policy strategies and regulatory advocacy in Europe. Based in Brussels, Alexander is recognized for his ability to navigate complex regulatory landscapes, making significant contributions to Dow's leadership in sustainable chemicals and public policy.
Prior to joining Dow, Alexander was the Deputy Head of European Regulatory Affairs & Government Relations at First Solar, a leading solar energy manufacturer. He also previously worked in a number of roles at Burson-Marsteller, a leading public affairs and public relations firm.
Alexander holds a Master’s Degree in EU Politics from the London School of Economics and a Bachelor’s Degree in International Relations from the University of Milan.
