Mike has a background in regulatory and toxicology. For the past 20+ years he has worked primarily in the biocides sector covering a wide variety of different applications (e.g. hygiene, preservation, paints & coatings, insect-control) managing groups in a number of different companies including Zeneca, Avecia, Arch Biocides and SC Johnson. Mike currently has global responsibility for Arxada's (formerly Lonza's Specialty Ingredients) active-ingredient programme, supporting the extensive portfolio of biocidal actives through the required regulatory schemes.
