Dr. Eakins has spent over 40 years in the petroleum industry. In that time, he has owned and operated petroleum sites; operated and started fuel quality management companies; and helped developed fuel quality standards for the petroleum industry including the use of fuel biocides. As General Manager and Technical Director for Hammonds Fuel Additives, he oversees the business unit and manufacturing of Biobor JF biocide and serves as the chief science officer for the company.
