Cecilia has more than 15 years’ experience of regulatory affairs with her main expertise in antifouling biocides. Cecilia’s academic background is within biology and she has a Ph.D. in environmental science focusing on ecotoxicology of antifouling biocides. Cecilia completed her Ph.D. at the University of Gothenburg, Sweden.
