Natalia Jarava
Natalia Jarava is a strategist and leader in government and public policy, with over 16 years of experience in the public and private sectors.
She is an experienced negotiator with extensive skills in advocacy, design, development, and implementation of public policy, particularly in environmental and social areas.
Natalia currently serves as the Public Policy & Issues Management Leader for Latin America at Dow. In this role, she represents Latin America on the Global Public Policy and Issues Management Team, upholding the company’s role as a thought leader and solutions provider.
She proactively engages with key policymakers, regulators, and trade associations to promote policy development, especially around the circular economy and chemical management.
Natalia has also held advisory roles at the Ministry of Environment and Sustainable Development and the Presidency of Colombia, where she facilitated relations with the private sector and led the formulation of impactful environmental regulations.
Natalia holds a Bachelor's degree in International Business from Fairfield University and a Master's degree in Development Practice from Universidad de Los Andes.
