Daria joined the Bureau of Chemical Safety of the Health Products and Food Branch, Health Canada as a scientific evaluator in the Food Packaging Materials and Incidental Additives Section in 2010.
Appointed to her current position as senior scientific evaluator in Food Packaging Materials and Incidental Additives Section in December 2024. The section is responsible for reviewing submissions on food packaging and other food contact materials and for providing advice to industry, other government agencies and consumers on their chemical safety.
She received a Bachelor Degree in Biopharmaceutical Science (Medicinal Chemistry) in 2007.
