Darci Ferrer
Darci Ferrer’s regulatory and scientific experience spans from chemical-specific matters to formulated products. This covers an array of industrial, institutional, and consumer products. She provides consulting support to clients particularly on the Federal Insecticide Fungicide Rodenticide Act (FIFRA), the Toxic Substances Control Act (TSCA), state chemical management and ingredient communication regulations.
Previously, Darci held positions in prominent trade associations where she was responsible for regulatory analysis and advocacy by providing hands-on support to association members. Notably, Darci was involved in the industry's efforts to support the EPA's risk evaluation of one of the first 20 existing substances selected for review under the amended TSCA. She also advised the membership on reportable ingredients under the Cosmetic Fragrance and Flavor Ingredient Right to Know Act of 2020 (SB 312) in California and provided preliminary guidance to the membership on the newly passed Modernization of Cosmetics Regulation Act of 2022 (MoCRA).
