Dr. Dylan Geraets, a Counsel in Mayer Brown's International Trade practice, represents clients in a wide range of global and EU trade issues, including international dispute settlement, trade defence measures, customs rules, trade negotiations, sanctions, and export controls.
Dylan also advises on EU regulatory issues, including ESG-compliance programmes such as supply chain due diligence, forced labour, and environmental issues including the Corporate Sustainability Due Diligence Directive (CSDDD), the Deforestation Regulation, the Carbon Border Adjustment Mechanism (CBAM), and the EU Forced Labour Regulation (EUFLR).
