Christoph Katz
Christoph Katz has broad global experience in a business-to-business environment with small, medium and large businesses in the areas of chemicals, plant protection products and biocides, energy and resources, engineering plastics, as well as food & beverage ingredients. He has been successfully leading client projects and cases in many complex regulatory and policy areas, including restrictions and trade defense. Clients enjoy working with him and the team on strategy development and execution as well as socio-economic analyses and analyses of alternatives.
Before partnering with EPPA, Christoph held international leadership positions in producing industries for more than 20 years. Christoph is well-versed internationally, with multi-year engagements in Asia, the USA, the Netherlands and several locations in Germany.
Through actively managing public policy interfaces to the business, Christoph has developed a deep understanding of the interdependence of these two areas - and the importance of managing these processes and interfaces well in order to have a good position in innovation and competitiveness, and ultimately business success.
Christoph operates in German, English, and French, with working knowledge in Spanish.
