Benjamyn Marks
Mr. Marks is the Director of Environment, Health and Safety (EHS) at the Responsible Business Alliance (RBA), which is the world’s largest industry coalition dedicated to responsible business conduct in global supply chains. He leads the RBA’s chemical management initiatives, including facilitation of the Chemical Management Working Group and implementation of the Industry Focus Process Chemical Policy, Specialty VAP on Chemical Management, and Chemical Management Leadership Program.
With over 12 years of experience as an EHS professional, his expertise includes workplace safety, hazardous materials, occupational exposures, environmental impact, public health, materials restrictions, and supply chain due diligence. Mr. Marks maintains the Certified Industrial Hygienist (CIH) designation from the Board for Global EHS Credentialing and the Certified Safety Professional (CSP) designation from the Board of Certified Safety Professionals. He has a master’s degree in Environmental, Health and Safety Management from Rochester Institute of Technology.
