Daniele Procópio
Daria is an Environmental Analyst with a degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Brasília (UnB), where she graduated in 2023.
Throughout her academic journey, she had the opportunity to gain hands-on experience both in research and industry. From September 2022 to August 2023, she had a research scholarship at the AQQUA Laboratory at UnB, where she worked in the areas of geochemistry and environmental chemistry. She also completed a long-term internship at a local cleaning products manufacturing company, where she was involved in quality control processes.
She currently works at the Ministry of the Environment and Climate Change of Brazil, in the area of chemical safety, with a focus on the development of public policies. During this period, she has been part of the team responsible for coordinating the working group that drafted the Brazilian RoHS regulation.
