Yuki Sakuratani

Yuki Sakuratani has been engaged in work related to the regulatory use of alternative methods to animal testing in chemical safety assessment since he joined National Institute of Technology and Evaluation (NITE) in 2002. From 2014 to 2017, he was seconded to Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD) where he ran several projects related to alternative methods to animal testing. Since 2020, as the director of the International Affairs Office, he has been managing international collaborations in chemical management between NITE and foreign institutions. In addition, he is involved in work related to the support of innovation in industry.
