Food Contact Materials Practical Training Series

Theresa is a UK Registered Toxicologist. She provides toxicology expertise to regulatory and technical staff on client projects. As a toxicologist, she completes hazard and risk assessments for many products including food ingredients, food contact substances, chemicals, biocides and plant protection products.

Theresa started her toxicology career as a reproductive toxicology study director in a UK contract research laboratory.  She then worked for almost 30 years as a toxicologist with a global FMCG company, with the last 10 years leading the food toxicology group.
