Angela Pinilla-Urzola
Angela Pinilla-Urzola, PhD, is a Sustainability Advisor based in Boston, MA, with over 15 years of leadership in sustainability policy, chemicals management, and global governance. She has been actively engaged in the development of the Global Framework on Chemicals (GFC) and in advancing the IOMC Implementation Plans supporting the GFC’s strategic goals.
As an independent consultant, Angela provides strategic guidance and technical analysis to governments, international organizations, and corporations, translating global policy commitments into practical, science-based solutions. She has contributed to initiatives under the United Nations Environment Programme and the United Nations Development Programme.
Fluent in English and Spanish, Angela holds a PhD in Business and Management, was a visiting fellow at Harvard Kennedy School, and is a recognized speaker advancing innovation and collaboration for a safer, more sustainable world.
