Daniel Gunzburger
Daniel Gunzburger is a partner in the Corporate and M&A practices. Daniel focuses primarily on mergers and acquisitions as well as formation of joint ventures and strategic alliances, with a particular focus on the chemical, agribusiness, mining and energy industries. Daniel’s practice includes significant cross-border M&A, including advising several clients in projects in which regulatory, governmental relations, infrastructure, logistics and power are relevant matters. Daniel has been advising several of the largest chemical companies in Brazil, including strategic decisions and regulatory aspects, providing front-end on the negotiation of strategic contracts. A graduate of Universidade do Estado do Rio de Janeiro, Daniel holds an LLM degree from Columbia Law School in New York and an MBA from Insper – Instituto de Ensino e Pesquisa. In addition to Rio de Janeiro and São Paulo, Daniel is admitted to practice law in New York.
