Serra Gundogdu
Serra is a regulatory consultant at RGS with a background in chemical engineering and is a certified Chemical Assessment Expert in Turkey.
She supports companies in complying with EU chemicals legislation including REACH and CLP, as well as Turkish regulations such as KKDIK, SEA and SDS requirements. Her work covers registration strategy, technical dossier preparation and post-registration compliance.
Serra is actively involved in SIEF and consortia management. She advises clients across different parts of the chemical supply chain, from manufacturers and importers to formulators and downstream users. At RGS, she provides regulatory consulting to global industry clients and manages several key accounts.
She is fluent in English and Turkish and regularly collaborates with international stakeholders on compliance projects.
