Peter Simpson is an expert in the risk management of chemicals with over 20 years’ experience in consultancy and regulatory roles in the UK and EU and is a Senior Advisor at Rud Pedersen Public Affairs. Prior to joining Rud Pedersen, Peter served as process coordinator for REACH restrictions at the European Chemicals Agency (ECHA), where he played a central role in shaping key proposals, including those on microplastics, PFASs, siloxanes and lead in ammunition. Peter is passionate about solving today’s complex chemical, sustainability and resource management challenges using science-led, smart, risk management solutions.
