Miriam Thiemann works as a Policy Officer for Sustainable Consumption in shared capacity for the European Consumer Organization (BEUC) and the European Environmental Bureau (EEB). She represents BEUC and the EEB in the EU Ecolabelling Board. In this role, she provides evidence from consumer and environmental organizations to the criteria development of the EU Ecolabel and coordinates activities aimed at increasing the uptake of the EU Ecolabel among companies.
