Bobby has developed a deep understanding of regulatory landscapes impacting business innovation, product development, production processes and supply chains, and has represented a diverse range of clients across various industries and business sectors in navigating regulatory challenges related to safety, health and environment. This experience and expertise covers chemicals, biocides, agrochemicals, cosmetics, medical devices, pharmaceuticals, mechanical & electrical equipment, food, dietary supplements & food contact materials, biotechnology (GMO), industrial and consumer products, defence & security products, ICT products and other regulated product categories.
Bobby also regularly represents clients in litigation before EU and national courts and regulatory bodies.
