Results of research on probiotic-based sanitation method
- At last year’s Biocides Europe conference in Vienna, Elisabetta Caselli (Associate Professor of Clinical Microbiology, University of Ferrara) shared results of her research on probiotic-based sanitation method, the Probiotic Cleaning Hygiene System ® (PCHS), that was found to be a suitable and safe alternative to biocides when used to purify surfaces.
