Because of increasingly stricter regulatory requirements, as well as customer demands, the field of regulatory compliance for the chemical industry has become more complex over the years – a trend that will only continue for the near future. With this, the scope of the compliance function has broadened and forces compliance to work closer with the various businesses in the company. This all results in more expectations, both in terms of knowledge and skills for the compliance team members.
The topics have been selected based on the presenter's personal experience with major (petro-) chemical companies. These companies also went through internal transformation to cope with the changing and challenging regulatory environment.
The course will be split over two consecutive days of approximately four hours each, including poll questions, short breaks and moments for Q&As.
