Peter is an EU regulatory law specialist. As a partner in the leading ENV/ESG/EU Regulatory practice in Brussels, he helps companies and industry associations understand, and comply with, EU regulations and other aspects of their route to the EU market. He used to focus on general chemicals, biocides, plant protection products, medical devices etc but now, while that remains a core expertise, his attention is on all things ESG (ecodesign, batteries, packaging and packaging waste, green claims, deforestation, forced labour etc.). He offers a top-to-bottom service: as a European (Scots Advocate and Belgian A-List) qualified lawyer specialised in EU Regulatory law, he supports advocacy campaigns at the EU and Member State level all the way up to litigation before the European Courts of Justice in Luxembourg.
