Nisha is Management Consultant: Principle, Supply Chain Lead at ERM and has more than 15 years’ of experience in Supply Chain, Finance, Strategy and Management Consulting.
Nisha has helped some of the biggest business names in South Africa with procurement execution, SCM strategy, contract management, logistics, distribution, performance management, strategic sourcing and supply chain management throughout their value chain.
She has worked on the development and enhancements of procedure and policy manuals, supply chain frameworks and SCM organisational structures and has also worked on preparing bid documentation for clients, irregular expenditure reports and templates, ensuring the client is compliant in term of legislative requirements and is able as well as SCM reporting templates.
Her extensive experience and knowledge in the MFMA and PFMA and other government regulations and SCM policy and procedures as well as process mapping as allowed her to become a supply chain leader and industry expert. In addition her work in the Public sector procurement space has rendered her a Subject Matter expert and SCM Public Sector Specialist
