Sue Fortunato-Esbach
Sue is a Regulatory Expert and Leader with a focus on European and North-American product compliance and sustainability law. She is passionate about helping companies make sense of the regulatory maze. She applies her industry experience and regulatory expertise to advise and guide companies by translating complex legal requirements into clear action plans.
Sue has an academic background in environmental sciences and law, and her work experience includes managing product compliance in the electronics and machinery manufacturing industry. Based in Frankfurt, Germany, she is active in trade associations at European level in order to share knowledge and stay abreast of regulatory developments in Brussels. Sue is also the Vice-Chair of the RoHS Umbrella Project.
