Ule Johansson is a trained police officer that started his professional career working 10 years as a policeman in Stockholm. With a master of law from Stockholm university he moved on to work as a legal adviser at his present employer, the Swedish Chemical Agency. For the past 17 years he has worked with development cooperation projects around the world. The focus area has been building state capacity for chemical management, mainly drafting relevant legislation, creating suitable institutions, training government staff etc.
