Global Chemical Substances Program Manager, RaytheonTechnologies and Chair, International Aerospace Environmental Group

Sally Gestautas is the Global Chemical Substances Program Manager for Raytheon Technologies uniting cross-functional and cross-business leadership and expertise to address global chemical substance requirements and supply chain impacts.  She manages activities to identify, track and reduce the use of hazardous materials in products and processes, and supports compliance programs for current and emerging global regulations.

Gestautas also supports development of collaborative aerospace and defense industry positions, systems and solutions in response to emerging chemical issues throughout the aerospace supply chain.  She currently serves as Chair of the Board of Directors of the International Aerospace Environmental Group (IAEG), and was the Chair of the Aerospace Industries Association’s Chemicals Subcommittee.  

Gestautas earned a bachelor’s degree in geophysical sciences from the University of Chicago and a master’s degree in business administration from the Eller College of Management at the University of Arizona.
