Mario is Global Head of Product Environmental Protection & Compliance at Siemens Healthineers and chairs the Environmental & Sustainability Committee at MedTech. He graduated at the University of Applied Science in Nuremberg in 2009 with a background in Materials Science (Dipl. Ing.) and has worked on Product Environmental Protection since his early years. Chemicals of concern, circular economy, energy-efficiency, CO2-reduction and life-cycle-assessments are his focus topics - with trying to seek consensus across the different stakeholder groups.
