Romano is an environmental engineer with a Ph.D in Geoengineering. He works as technical officer in an Italian regional
Environmental Protection Agency, working as Environmental Inspector and Permit Writer. He also manages the IMPEL Waste Management & Circular Economy project, within which the Guidance ‘Making the Circular Economy Work’ has been issued.
