Gerard works in the Competition, Regulatory and Trade group of the Brussels office of Fieldfisher. His practice focuses on regulatory matters involving chemicals, biocides, and pesticides.
The work on the foregoing includes contentious work before the European Courts and European Agencies, and also non-contentious work providing advice to consortia and individual companies on the review and/or marketing of their products in Europe. He is admitted to the roll of solicitors in Ireland and the Brussels Bar (E-list), and speaks English and French.
