A graduate of Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from University of Santo Tomas and Diploma in Environmental Science from the University of Phillipines Edwin is currently the Chief of the Chemicals Management Section of the Environmental Management Bureau. He has 35 years experience in government service, particularly in the field of Chemicals Management, Hazardous Wastes Management and Solid Wastes Management. He supervised various completed and on-going foreign assisted projects on chemical management.
