Dr. Lingzhen (Ling) Dong joined Johnson & Johnson (J&J) in 2013 as the Sr. Director of Environment, Health, Safety and Sustainability (EHS&S) in the Asia Pacific region. She served as the AP region product stewardship director since 2017 and has focused on Asia Pacific Region Environmental Product Compliance and Sustainability from May 2021.
Prior to joining in J&J, Ling worked in the chemical industry (Rohm and Haas and Dow) with >20 years of work experience in the US and China and held various leadership positions in R&D, Toxicology/Ecotoxicology, China EHS Compliance, AP Product Integrity & Regulatory Affairs, China R&D Center Site Management, China Country Management, and the AP EHS&S.
