Thomas is a Counsel at the Lawfirm Mayer Brown. He is a specialist of the decision-making process of EU regulations. He advises companies and industrial associations on EU REACH and CLP Regulations, as well as on the Nagoya Protocol and related Biodiversity legislations. Thomas has longstanding experience in drafting legal submissions before the EU Courts and ECHA’s Board of Appeal. He is currently fully involved in the transformation of the regulatory landscape on chemicals in the EU and in particular in the European Commission’s Chemicals Strategy for Sustainability.
