Global Cosmetics Summit

Jennifer R. Martin is currently Director of Regulatory Affairs for Colgate North America and CP Skin Health for the Colgate-Palmolive Company. In her current role, she determines regulatory vision, strategy and pathways for Colgate’s complete portfolio including cosmetics, drugs, medical devices, natural health products, antimicrobial pesticides, cleaning, consumer and children’s products. Prior to joining Colgate, Jennifer was Global Director of Regulatory, Toxicology and Government Affairs for Edgewell Personal Care, LLC, a standalone company spun from Energizer Holdings. She began her career at the Cosmetic, Toiletry and Fragrance Association (CTFA, now known as the Personal Care Products Council or PCPC), where her most recent position was Director of International Technical and Regulatory Affairs. In that capacity, Jennifer worked on behalf of U.S. industry to achieve global harmonization of technical standards and regulations governing cosmetic products. Ms. Martin received her Master’s Degree in International Affairs from the American University in Washington, D.C. and her undergraduate degree summa cum laude from the Maryland University system.
