Ligia Negulici

Ligia works in Unit E4-Pesticides and Biocides in the European Commission’s Directorate General for Health and Food Safety (DG SANTE), where she has been involved in the preparation of the first Commission report on the implementation of the Biocidal Products Regulation. She joined the Commission in 2017. She holds a degree in political economy from University La Sapienza (Rome). Before joining the Commission she worked in the European Chemicals Agency in the biocides assessment unit and in other EU organisations.
