Regulatory Updates on Cosmetics in China

Ms April Guo works in CIRS Group for more than 14 years and leads the personal and home care team to assist global cosmetic companies and ingredient suppliers in regulatory compliance each year. The team has provided registration and filing services for over 20,000 cosmetics both domestically and internationally. At the same time, the team has obtained dozens of NMPA numbers of new cosmetic ingredients under the new regulations.

Ms April Guo maintains good cooperation with cosmetic associations and commerce agencies in countries such as the United States, Canada, France, Italy, Spain, the United Kingdom, Switzerland, Japan, and South Korea, and is regularly invited to participate in cosmetics regulatory seminars around the world, providing training for international cosmetics companies on Chinese cosmetics regulations.
