The latest draft amendments to Taiwan's chemicals registration legislation

In this one-hour webinar, expert contributors will analyse the recently published draft amendments to Taiwan’s Regulations for New and Existing Chemicals Substances Registration.

The webinar will explore the implications of the proposed changes, published by the country’s EPA in May. The session will also look at the practical aspects of registering a chemical, including how the draft amendments differ from the current practice and will give insight into joining registrations, data rights and data access.

The webinar will also discuss:

  • a proposed extension to the scope of exemptions
  • the postponement of the deadline for designated standard registrations
  • extended review periods and supplementation

  • Dr Ken Liu, Principal Consultant, ERM
