Maren graduated in Biochemistry and acquired a PhD in toxicology at Ulm University. She qualified as a Registered European Toxicologist (ERT). After a post-doctoral fellowship at University Medical Center Mainz, she started working in scientific consulting in 2016.
In keeping with her background as toxicologist, Maren is primarily concerned with human exposure and risk assessment, toxicology evaluation and classification & labelling for biocidal active substances and products. Her expertise is complemented by experience in project and task force/consortia management. At spectra Consult, she is responsible for preparation and defence of various biocidal product and active substance dossiers.
