Seth leads Steptoe’s global chemical regulatory, environment and life sciences practice. His chemical regulatory practice is based on a deep knowledge of US federal and state regulatory programs (eg the Federal Insecticide, Fungicide, and Rodenticide Act (FIFRA) and the Toxic Substances Control Act (TSCA), and similar state programs, such as California's Proposition 65.
His environmental practice encompasses air, water and waste regulation and environmental remediation at both federal and state levels, as well as regulatory and allocation issues arising from contaminated properties.
