Krys Bronk
Dr. Bronk is currently a regulatory advisor in the product stewardship group at W. R. Grace (Grace). Her current focus is on regulations affecting the specialty catalyst business line at Grace. Her work includes applying food contact regulations and chemical control laws to Grace’s products, and providing compliance statements to customers regarding those regulations.
Krys earned a doctorate from the University of Massachusetts-Amherst in organic chemistry. Her early career path included research at Pacific Northwest National Laboratory as a post-doc and as a staff scientist, teaching as an adjunct professor, and chemical sample analysis at an army demilitarisation facility where chemical agents were being destroyed. About 9 years ago, Krys transitioned into product stewardship in the chemical industry. Before joining Grace, she had held regulatory roles at a polyethylene manufacturer and a pine chemical refinery.
