Vincent is chemist by training and joined the EU COM to work first on the revision of the EU fertilisers Regulation. In January 2018, he joined the SANTE biocides team where he first started to work on the regulatory process of approval of active substances. Since December 2021, he has been looking after the Union authorisation processes.
