Céline joined Environment and Climate Change Canada in 2006 where she has been involved in various risk management roles under the Canadian Fisheries Act and the Canadian Environmental Protection Act, 1999 (CEPA). In her current role as the Head of the Consumer Products Controls Unit, Céline is responsible for the administration and implementation of CEPA instruments, including the recently published Volatile Organic Compound Concentration Limits for Certain Products Regulations. Céline holds a Master degree in biology from the University of Montreal.
