Julie Froelicher
Julie Froelicher is a Senior Director of North America Regulatory and Technical Relations for The Procter & Gamble Company and regularly engages with Congressional, Regulatory, and public interest stakeholders on US federal and state chemical policy. During her 25 years with P&G, Julie has managed a broad range of regulatory compliance and legislative advocacy activities. Julie’s recent advocacy efforts have included ingredient transparency negotiations for cleaning products in California and New York.
She is currently serving on the Children’s Health Protection Advisory Committee to advise EPA on implementation issues with the Lautenberg Chemical Safety Act that relate to children’s health.
Julie earned a B.S. in Biology from Xavier University and a Master’s Degree in Environmental Management from Duke University’s Nicholas School of the Environment.
