Tom has been with The Valspar Corporation’s Packaging business for over 28 years as a technical leader in the areas of Analytical Chemistry, Polymer Research, Product Development, Rapid Innovation and Process Engineering.
His current global role utilizes his experience and the application of Safety By Design to promote rapid development and adoption of innovative and sustainable packaging technology. Tom is currently a board member of Plastic’s Food, Drug and Cosmetic Packaging Materials Committee, and chairs the International Sub-Committee. Tom has a BS in Chemistry from SUNY College at Oswego, and an MS in Bioinorganic Chemistry from Duquesne University.
